I recently photographed the beautiful Seckold extended family at sunset on one of Newcastle’s loveliest beaches. Extended family sessions are truly special. Grandparents, offspring, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins. Everyone together. No restrictions, no devices, no rules. Getting your whole family together is no easy feat, but it really should be a priority for everyone. These days the world is racing by at an alarming rate. Everything is bigger, faster, louder and more chaotic than ever before. Take the time to slow down, be with each other and have it recorded. Your parents will thank you, but most importantly your children will thank you for the tangible memories they can look back on and share with their own children one day x
